We have discovered that successful projects come from the architect understanding the client's needs AND the client understanding the role of the architect, themselves and the contractor. This diagram quickly shows the development of concept through the design process. At the beginning, there's a lot of gathering and exploring ideas. Some ideas are better than others, and you'll find that as we progress through the process a concept stands out and gets further refined. We are ready to start construction / permit drawings when changes are done, and a design is decided upon.
