Holbeck Construction & Design, Inc. has worked with Pelletier + Schaar for many years. They are very talented architects and great communicators. When it came time to build our own personal home we chose them to do the design and have been very happy with outcome.

Pearl was extremely valuable during our 7-month renovation! We were living out of state during the first few months of the reno and she kept us updated with status emails, phone calls, and on a timeline. I would email my likes and preferences from viewing Houzz photos and she understood exactly what I wanted. She would interpret my vision into actual ideas and suggestions.

I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it is (and continues to be) working with Pearl Schaar of Pelletier and Schaar. She has been instrumental with her design consultations from kitchen cabinet paint colors to wall colors throughout our home. The vision she had for our great room is what made our house a home. Her design plan for our master bathroom was phenomenal. She is dedicated and so easygoing to work with; all the way down to helping shop for furniture and area rugs to define spaces. We get complements all the time when people come over about how nice everything looks, and I credit it to Pearl. She truly cares for your happiness. Her calm and friendly demeanor is what got us successfully through our first home remodel. Thank you, Pearl!
